Pasocitizens.org was started by Gary Lehrer in order to track important city issues including parking, school district, water and make sure that there is transparency in government. He is a graduate of the UC Berkeley Political Science program and has studied business at Southern Oregon College and University of Oregon Graduate School of Management. Gary has worked in sales, marketing, IT consulting. He is currently retired and devotes his time to political activism.

Gary Lehrer is a member of the Republican Party of San Luis Obispo County Central Committee and Executive Board. Gary ran successful campaigns for School Board. He is also a member of Mom’s for Liberty and currently serves as Communications Director of the local chapter. He plays guitar for the Vintage Community Church Worship Band.
